Lessee, Operating Leases [Text Block]	NOTE 8: OPERATING LEASES The Company leases a lot which is located in Oceano and is leased at $3,575 per month. The lease has converted to a month-to-month lease; however, the lessor is considering a long-term renewal at this time. The Company had a five-year lease obligation for a copier that ended on February 6, 2022. Rental expense under this operating lease was $384 per month. Rent expense under these agreements was $25,150 and $23,953 for the six months ended March 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively, and $12,585 and $11,987 for the three months ended March 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
