NOTE 5 - NOTES PAYABLE

At December 31, 2016, the note payable consisted of the following:

Note payable with Heritage Oaks Bank with monthly payments of $15,416, including a variable interest rate currently at 5%; note matures May 2018 and is secured by property.	$	1,403,325
