Debt Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 4- LINE OF CREDIT The Company has a revolving line of credit with Heritage Oaks Bank for $500,000, expiring March 23, 2015. There is no outstanding amount for the line of credit at June 30, 2014, September 30, 2013 and June 30, 2013.
