Debt Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 3 - LINE OF CREDIT The Company has a revolving line of credit with Heritage Oaks Bank for $500,000, Bank which expires March 23, 2015. There were no outstanding amounts on the line of credit as of March 31, 2014 and 2013 and September 30, 2013.
