Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 9 – Employee Retirement Plans The Company is the sponsor of a 401(k) profit sharing pension plan, which covers substantially all full-time employees. Employer contributions are discretionary and are determined on an annual basis. The contribution to the pension plan, for the years ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, is $48,968 and $49,376, respectively.
