Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 9 - EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT PLANS The Company is the sponsor of a 401(k) profit sharing pension plan, which covers substantially all full-time employees. Employer contributions are discretionary and are determined on an annual basis. The contribution to the pension plan, for the years ended September 30, 2012 and 2011, is $49,376 and $48,988, respectively.
