Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 8 - EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT PLANS The Company is the sponsor of a 401(k) profit sharing pension plan, which covers substantially all full-time employees. Employer contributions are discretionary and are determined on an annual basis. The contribution to the pension plan was $14,613 and $14,458 for the three months ended December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
