Retirement of Director

On May 17, 2025, Jack Williams, a member of the Board of Directors of Pismo Coast Village, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his intention to retire from the Company's Board of Directors, effective May 17, 2025. Mr. Williams retirement was submitted due to personal reasons and was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
