	20.1	Revised Monthly Certificateholders Statement
		As a result of a computer programming error discovered by the Servicer in July, 2003, the “End of Month Principal Receivables” in paragraph (f) of Part I of the Monthly Certificateholders Statement for June, 2003 was overstated by $3,038,869.38. This resulted in an overstatement in the same amount in paragraph (d) of Part I (“End of Month Aggregate Receivables”), paragraph (b) of Part III (“Ending Transferor Interest”) and paragraph (f) of Part III (“Sum of Principal Receivables and Excess Funding Account”), as well as an overstatement of $151,943.47 in paragraph (c) of Part III (“Minimum Transferor Interest”). The attached exhibit reflects the correction of these items, which are marked with a double asterisk (**).
