Related party transactions, description	Effective July 13, 2011, the PNC Credit Facility was amended solely to allow for contemplated consideration to be paid to JH Parties, which consideration includes (i) $500,000 commitment fee and (ii) a 5% annual fee on the total credit support provided, half of which is payable monthly in cash and half of which is deferred for 12 months, convertible at JH Parties' option into Image common stock at the end of the 12 months. Of this consideration, during the three months ended June 30, 2012 $181,000 was included as a component of operating expense and at June 30, 2012 and March 31, 2012, $600,000 and $543,000, respectively, was included in accrued liabilities.
