SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 20 SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 5, 2011, we entered into a definitive agreement to acquire YSI Incorporated (YSI) for an aggregate purchase price of $310. YSI is a leading developer and manufacturer of sensors, instruments, software, and data collection platforms for environmental water monitoring. YSI reported 2010 global revenues of $101 and employs 390 people at several facilities in the United States, Europe and Asia. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2011, pending customary closing conditions and approval of YSI’s shareholders.
