BASIS OF PRESENTATION	NOTE 2 — BASIS OF PRESENTATION These consolidated financial statements have been prepared under United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP). Effective July 1, 2009, the Company sold its interest in silver contained at the Broken Hill mine. On August 9, 2010, the Company sold its 100% interest in the Cerro Bayo mine. Consequently, for all of the periods presented, income (loss) from Cerro Bayo and Broken Hill has been presented within discontinued operations in the consolidated statements of operations.

Describes procedure if disclosures are provided in more than one note to the financial statements.
