DIVESTITURE	DIVESTITURE Divestiture of Better Health Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) Business On September 10, 2024, the Company completed the divestiture of its Better Health VMS business. As a result of the transaction, the Company recorded an after tax loss of $118 during the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. Net sales of the Better Health VMS business for the three months ended September 30, 2024 was $38. Refer to notes to the condensed consolidated financial statements in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2025 for further information related to the Better Health VMS business divestiture.
