(1)On August 14, 2023, the Company experienced a cyberattack which resulted in wide-scale disruptions to the Company’s business operations. In the three months ended September 30, 2024, the Company recorded insurance recoveries of $(10), of which $(1) was recorded in Costs of products sold and the remainder was recorded in Other (income) expense, net. Business interruption and other insurance recoveries that do not correspond directly to previously incurred expenses are recognized in Other (income) expense, net. Refer to notes to the condensed consolidated financial statements in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2025 for further information related to the August 2023 Cyberattack.
