SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Effective July 1, 2018, under the requirements of U.S. GAAP, Argentina has been designated as a highly inflationary economy since it has experienced cumulative inflation of approximately 100 percent or more over a three-year period. As a result, beginning July 1, 2018, the U.S. dollar will replace the Argentine peso as the functional currency of the Company’s subsidiaries in Argentina (collectively, “Clorox Argentina”). Consequently, future gains or losses from non-U.S. dollar denominated transactions for Clorox Argentina will be recognized in Net earnings. As of June 30, 2018, Clorox Argentina represented approximately 3% of the Company’s consolidated net sales.
