INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING	NOTE 3 – INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING The Company consummated the Initial Public Offering on March 20, 2026, pursuant to which the Company sold 10,000,000 Units at a price of $10.00 per Unit, generating gross proceeds of $100,000,000. Each Unit consists of one Public Share and one Public Right to receive one-fourth (1/4) of one Class A ordinary share upon consummation of an initial Business Combination. Each four (4) Public Rights entitle the holder to receive one Class A ordinary share upon consummation of an initial Business Combination (see Note 7).
