NOTE 4 – COMMON STOCK

The Company has 75,000,000 common shares authorized with a par value of $ 0.001 per share.  On May 15, 2025 the Company issued 4,500,000 shares of its common stock at $0.001 per share for total proceeds of $4,500.  As of November 30, 2025 the Company had 4,500,000 shares issued and outstanding.
