Insurance Claims and Settlements	INSURANCE CLAIMS AND SETTLEMENTS During August 2011, an Engine/Mobile Filtration segment manufacturing facility that the Company owns was damaged in a weather-related event. A loss of $250, representing the Company's deductible, was recorded in Cost of sales for the quarter ended August 27, 2011. During November 2011, the Company received $200 from the insurance company. The Company does not expect to collect any further amounts related to this claim.
