Initial Public Offering	Note 3 — Initial Public Offering In the Initial Public Offering on October 1, 2025, the Company sold 46,000,000 Units, which includes the full exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option in the amount of 6,000,000 Units, at a purchase price of $10.00 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one Class A ordinary share, and one-fifth of one redeemable Public Warrant. Each Public Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment (see Note 6).
