Investment Objectives and Practices [Text Block]

The Trust’s investment objective is to seek to track the performance of SOL, as measured by the performance of the Fidelity Solana Reference Rate (the “Index”), adjusted for the Trust’s expenses and other liabilities, plus an amount based on the staking rewards associated with SOL. As a result of the Trust’s receipt of staking-based amounts, the Trust is expected to outperform the Index before consideration of the Trust’s expenses and other liabilities.
