Farber under 2002 Farber Children's Trusts dated December 12, 2002 (the "DMF Trust"), by virtue of their equal ownership of all of the common stock of the General Partner of Delv, L.P., which indirectly owns 500 shares through Delv, L.P. Ellen B. Kurtzman may be deemed to indirectly own 500 shares of the Issuer's common stock by virtue of her position as the sole trustee of the EBK Trust and the DMF Trust. Ellen B.
