Other Events

On June 1, 2017, the lead arrangers for Frontier’s proposed $1.5 billion term loan B facility (the “Term Loan B Facility”) allocated the loans to be made thereunder. Frontier expects that the Term Loan B Facility will bear interest at LIBOR plus 3.75%, and will have a term of seven years.
