Regulation FD Disclosure.
 
As previously disclosed, on April 14, 2020, Frontier Communications Corporation (the “Company”) and all of its direct and indirect subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions under chapter 11 (the ”Chapter 11 Cases”) of title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Bankruptcy Court”).
 
On December 18, 2020, the Company filed a monthly operating report with the Bankruptcy Court for the period from November 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020 (the “Monthly Operating Report”), a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (“Current Report”) and is incorporated by reference herein. This Current Report (including exhibits hereto) will not be deemed an admission as to the materiality of any information required to be disclosed solely by Regulation FD. The Monthly Operating Reports and other filings with the Bankruptcy Court related to the Chapter 11 Cases may be available electronically at https://cases.primeclerk.com/ftr.

Note 1: Pursuant to the relief requested under the various First Day Motions and their respective orders, certain payments have been made on prepetition
obligations as outlined in various motions (e.g. wages, customer programs, insurance, content, taxes & regulatory, critical vendors, lien claimants and 503(b)(9) claimants).

Note 2: The Debtors operate a centralized cash management system which generates intercompany payable balances between the Debtor entities.  These are generated in the normal course.

Note 3: Per MOR-4, trade payables reflected as past due pertain to invoices which are being evaluated by the Debtors.  Once evaluation is complete, these invoices will be paid or reclassified as pre-petition liabilities.

Note 4: On November 25, 2020, the Debtors issued an incremental $750M DIP term loan facility. The Debtors also issued $1.55B of DIP First Lien Secured Notes due 2028 and $1.0B of DIP Second Lien Secured Notes due 2029.
