RETIREMENT PLANS
The Company sponsors five defined benefit pension plans for regular full time employees in Germany, Japan, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The Company also sponsors a post-retirement benefit plan that provides healthcare benefits to certain eligible retirees in the United States. Prior periods include discontinued operations because the amounts were not material.
