SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 3, 2011, the Company acquired Calypso Medical Technologies, Inc., a privately-held supplier of specialized products and software for real-time tumor tracking and motion management during radiosurgery and radiotherapy, for a cash payment of approximately $10 million plus potential contingent consideration upon achievement of certain milestones. This acquisition will enable the Company to offer real-time, non-ionizing tumor tracking tools for enhancing the precision of cancer treatments.
