Amendment Description	This Amendment No. 1 amends the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 18, 2025 (the “Original 8-K”) by CID Holdco, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting the appointment of Delores Rochester as successor to Robert Reny as Chief Revenue Officer. This amendment is being filed to amend the Original Form 8-K to correct a typographical error in Mrs. Rochester’s name and to update the disclosures regarding Mrs. Rochester and Mr. Reny. Other than as described above, this amendment does not amend any other information previously filed in the Original Form 8-K.
