(the "L3Harris Merger"), with an upward or downward modifier for cumulative earnings per share performance relative to a target. Each performance stock unit represents a contingent right to 1 share of Issuer's common stock, with vested units settled in shares of Issuer's common stock. The maximum level was satisfied, resulting in vesting of the performance stock units at 400% of target, subject to the reporting person's continuing employment through 6/29/2022 (with certain exceptions).
