6. Litigation and Contingencies

Contingency liabilities include:

(A) $1,319,268.60 advance royalty from Cliffs, with the recoupment rights now owned by Pathfinder.

(B) $250,000 advance royalty owed to Uranerz Energy Corporation from production royalty due Excalibur from any of the following ore deposits: Verna Ann, Niles Ranch, Hank, Willow Creek, Doughstick, and Nichols Ranch

(C) $100,000 in two payments of $50,000 each owed to Cliffs from production royalty on North Butte and Ruby Ranch properties under the December 2009 Joint Directive to Power Resources, Inc.
