The Group leases office space under non-cancelable operating lease agreements, which expires in 2025 and the future lease payment under operating leases as of December 31, 2024 was as follows:

Operating lease costs for the three months ended December 31, 2024 and 2023 were nil, which excluded cost of short-term contracts. Rental expenses related to a short-term lease contract for the three months ended December 31, 2024 and 2023 were $16,606 and $11,955, respectively.
