The Group leases office spaces under non-cancelable operating lease agreements, which expire in June 2025 and the future lease payment under operating leases as of September 30, 2024 was as follows:

Operating lease costs for the year ended September 30, 2024 and the period from Establishment Date (June 1, 2023) to September 30,2023, were nil, which excluded cost of short-term contracts. Rental expenses related to a short-term lease contract for the year ended September 30, 2024 and the period from Establishment Date (June 1, 2023) to September 30,2023, were $63,395 and $11,955, respectively.
