The following table sets forth the composition of the weighted-average common shares (denominator) used in the basic and diluted earnings per share computation for the three months ended March 31, 2025. The Company converted from the mutual form of organization to the stock form of organization on October 22, 2024; therefore, there were no outstanding shares for the three months ended March 31, 2024.
