Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Subsequent events after the reporting date have been evaluated through the date the unaudited consolidated financial statements were available to be issued. Other than the item discussed below, the Company has concluded that there is no impact requiring adjustment or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements. On October 7, 2024, KKR Enhanced US EVDL Funding LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into Amendment No. 1 to the Citibank Credit Facility, amending the spread from 2.65% to 2.15%.
