On October 31, 2025, KKR Enhanced US Direct Lending Fund-L Inc. (the "Company") declared a dividend of $9.59 per share on the Company’s common shares of beneficial interest (the “Shares”), which will be paid on or about November 28, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 31, 2025.
