Explanation of Responses:
1. Includes 364,596 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which each represent a contingent right to receive one share of common stock ("Common Stock") of Kaltura, Inc. (the "Company").
2. The Reporting Person was granted an option to purchase 225,000 shares of Common Stock on December 24, 2020. 25% of the option vested on November 26, 2021. The remainder of the option vests in monthly installments over a three-year period thereafter.
3. The Reporting Person was granted an option to purchase 57,778 shares of Common Stock on December 8, 2021. The option vests in quarterly installments over a three-year period, beginning at the end of the three-month period following December 1, 2021.
