Explanation of Responses:
1. Includes 453,720 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which each represent a contingent right to receive one share of common stock ("Common Stock") of Kaltura, Inc. (the "Company").
2. The Reporting Person was granted an option to purchase 540,000 shares of Common Stock on December 24, 2020. 25% of the option vested on December 22, 2021. The remainder of the option vests in monthly installments over a three-year period thereafter.
3. The Reporting Person was granted an option to purchase 86,292 shares of Common Stock on December 8, 2021. The option vests in quarterly installments over a three-year period, beginning at the end of the three-month period following December 1, 2021.
