The Issuer's Ordinary Shares are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "AGRZ". This Schedule 13D is filed on behalf of Gerard Kim Meng Lim, an individual. Mr. Lim exercises voting and dispositive control over the Ordinary Shares. The principal business address of Mr. Gerard Kim Meng Lim is No. 2, Lorong Teknologi 3/4A, Taman Sains Selangor, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Mr. Gerard Kim Meng Lim's principal present occupation is Chief Executive Officer of Agroz Inc. During the last five years, Mr. Lim has not been convicted in a criminal proceeding. During the last five years, Mr. Lim has not been a party to a civil proceeding of a judicial or administrative body of competent jurisdiction which resulted in a judgment, decree or final order enjoining future violations of, or prohibiting or mandating activities subject to, federal or state securities laws or finding any violation with respect to such laws.
