During the fiscal first quarter of 2020, the Company recorded a contingent consideration reversal of $983 million related to the timing of certain developmental milestones associated with the Auris Health acquisition. As of June 28, 2020, the estimated fair value of the remaining contingent consideration is $169 million. For additional details see Note 10 to the Consolidated Financial Statements.
