Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment is being filed to correct the number of shares of common stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Person, which was reported on the Form 3 filed on January 17, 2024 and on the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person thereafter. As of November 13, 2023, BWL Investments Ltd., a company owned and controlled by Braeden Lichti, owned 3,562,414 shares of common stock of the Issuer.

2. As of December 28, 2023, BWL Investments Ltd., a company owned and controlled by Mr. Lichti, held a warrant to purchase 61,551 shares of common stock of the Issuer. This amendment is being filed to include this warrant which was inadvertently omitted from the Reporting Person's Form 3 filed on January 17, 2024.
