Note 5 – Notes Payable

For the year ended October 31, 2025, the Company has notes payable of $5,403, consisting of $5,403 from non-related individual at no interest with a term of twelve months starting from November 4, 2024. The Company had notes payable of $150,502 from a non-related individual at no interest with a term of twelve months starting from December 30, 2024, and repaid all of them as of February 3, 2025.

For the year ended October 31, 2024, the Company does not have any notes payable.
