Note 4 – Notes Payable

For the six months ended April 30, 2025, the Company has notes payable of $5,416, consisting of $5,416 from non-related individual at no interest with a term of twelve months starting from November 4, 2024.

During the three months ended April 30, 2025, the Company repaid a note of $150,171 from a non-related individual at no interest with a term of twelve months starting from December 30, 2024.

For the six months ended April 30, 2024, the Company does not have any notes payable.
