Subsequent Events [Text Block]	9 - Subsequent Event The Trust’s registration statement on Form S-1 relating to its continuous public offering of Shares was declared effective by the SEC on July 22, 2024 and the Shares were listed on NASDAQ on July 23, 2024. For a twelve month period, starting July 23, 2024, the Sponsor will waive a portion of the Sponsor’s fee so that the Sponsor’s fee after the fee waiver will be equal to 0.12% of the net asset value of the Trust for the first $2.5 billion of the Trust’s assets. Other than the items noted above there were no subsequent events requiring adjustment or additional disclosure in the financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
