CLOUES, JR., of 104 West Main Street, Warner, New Hampshire 03278, have made, constituted and appointed and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint JEANNETTE C. CLOUES, EDWARD B. CLOUES, II, RICHARD R. CLOUES, or JEANNE C.
