1. These securities are held directly by FEPCF Founders Fund, L.P. ("Founders Fund"). FEPCF Founders Fund GP LLC ("Founders Fund GP") is the sole general partner of Founders Fund. First Eagle Alternative Credit, LLC ("FEAC") is the investment advisor to Founders Fund and sole member of Founders Fund GP. First Eagle Investment Management, LLC ("FEIM") is the sole and managing member of FEAC. First Eagle Holdings, Inc. ("FEH") is the managing member of FEIM.

2.
