4 - Related Parties

The Sponsor and the Trustee are considered to be related parties to the Trust. The Trustee’s fee is paid by the Sponsor and is not a separate expense of the Trust.

As of December 31, 2023, the Seed Capital Investor, an affiliate of the Sponsor, owned 4,000 Shares, or 100%, of the Trust.
