Borrowings

Note 6 - Borrowings

The Company had no outstanding borrowings as of December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2023.

The Company had remaining availability for FHLB borrowings of approximately $40,873 and $40,579 at December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2023, respectively. The FHLB has sole discretion to deny additional advances. $80 of investment securities and $50,000 of loans were pledged as collateral for FHLB advances at December 31, 2023.

Additionally, the Company had the capacity to borrow $5,000 from a private bankers’ bank at December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2023.
