Explanatory Note

On January 21, 2025, Birkenstock Holding plc (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the appointment of Ivica Krolo as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Birkenstock Group, effective from February 1, 2025. He will be succeeding Dr. Erik Massman who will step down from his duties as of January 31, 2025.
