NOTE 2 - STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY

During the period from November 1, 2023, to March 5, 2024, the Company sold 2,924,200 shares of its Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, to 77 shareholders for total proceeds of $1,462,100, or $0.50 per share. For the nine months ended June 30, 2023, the Company did not issue any shares of Common Stock.

As of June 30, 2024, the Company has 216,779,700 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding.
