Prepaid expenses and other current assets consisted of the following (in thousands):

As of March 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024, the Company had restricted cash of $0.3 million held as a letter of credit for the benefit of a clinical research organization. The related letter of credit was classified within other non-current assets on the condensed consolidated balance sheet as of March 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024.

As of March 31, 2025, the Company also had $6.8 million in long-term prepayments, made in conjunction with the Company's research and development activities, classified within other non-current assets.
