Schedule of Environmental Loss Contingencies by Site [Table Text Block]	The remedial actions approved by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection have been implemented on the east parcel of our West Palm Beach Florida site. Similar remedial actions have been initiated on the site's west parcel, and construction of active remedial systems are expected to be completed in 2023. We expect the costs to clean-up the site to be between $3.3 million to $14.2 million, including any potential costs associated with future redevelopment of the properties.
