Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 8, 2023, Aramark (“Aramark”) announced that, in connection with its planned separation of Vestis Corporation (the “Company”) from Aramark, the Company will host an analyst day.
The Company will hold its analyst day at 9:00 a.m. ET on September 13, 2023. A copy of the materials to be presented at the analyst day is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
